Terms  & Conditions

  • All care is taken to clearly display products, however any misprints, omissions or mistakes are unintentional. Please let us know if something isn’t described correctly and we can adjust our information.
  • If an item is incorrectly priced, discounted or described we may cancel the original purchase or amend the total before finalising an order.
  • Price changes may occur at our own discretion and will be reflected online. Little Aussie Monster remains committed to offering fair, competitively priced products.
  • Screen resolution and calibrations can alter the colours of products.  We do our best to show products in their true colours, but some may look slightly different when received in person.
  • Our Privacy Policy is outlined below.


  • Each order is quality checked prior to dispatch, however if you receive a faulty product, please notify us of any defective item/s within 7 days from the day you received it.
  • We do accept returns, including change of mind.  Please notify us within 7 business days and the item must be returned in exactly the same condition as it arrived. We will exchange or refund the cost of the item/s (minus our original shipping costs to you) upon customer’s request.
  • We believe in the quality of our products, if you have a problem with any of products please contact us at any stage of use and we can discuss the options. Little Aussie Monster will repair or replace items if there is an issue in the first 6 months. After 6 months the best solution will depend on the product and the problem and our team will endeavour to work with you on a solution.

Please note shipping and handling fees are not refundable and return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.  Orders that were sent with free shipping still incurred shipping costs by us, these shipping costs won’t be refunded from change of mind returned orders.

  • All items returned for change or mind must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Except for any faulty product returns.


Little Aussie Monster products have 6 month warranty for any manufacturing faults.  This does NOT include general wear and tear, miss-use, leaks from incorrect fit or absorbency levels, incorrect washing methods or products.  Please contact us as soon as you notice a problem.  If you notice something after 6 months, please also let us know and we will do our best to help.

Depending on the problem with your item, it will be either repaired or replaced.  Where possible we prefer to repair items as this option is best to reduce waste and provide the maximum use from each item.  If a faulty item is not something we can repair or is uneconomical for us to repair we will replace the item and encourage you to repair the item locally/yourself or continue using it.  Most faulty items will still have some kind of function/use, it may just be different to the original purpose.

Below are some tips for using old cloth nappies and accessories:

Old or faulty cloth nappies can be used for:
– Short times, like just before bath time
– Nappies with faulty/broken/old PUL can be used as swim nappies
– They can be used for dolls & toys
– Make a playmat or floor mat with the materials

Old/faulty wet bags can be used for:
– Carrying clean spare clothes
– Storing puzzle pieces and other small toy sets
– Putting shoes and other items in when traveling
– Dust covers for shoes in your closet

No longer used/needed breastfeeding pads can be used for:
– Make up remover pads
– Drink coasters
– Reusable wipes for around the house
– Cold compress for bumps (wet with cold water or freeze them)

There are so many other uses for our reusable products, before discarding an item have a think about how else it can be used in your house or what a friend or family member can do with it.

Discount codes offered by us have conditions that apply, which generally include the following but are not limited to these:
– No Further discounts on sale items
– No further discounts on non Little Aussie Monster & Eco Incontinence products
– Minimum spend levels

All of our products will be sent from Brisbane Australia. We will usually post the item(s) within 1-2 business day of receiving cleared payment.

Shipping is via Regular Parcel Post with Australia Post, it will take approx 3- 9 business days to arrive to most areas. However, please keep in mind that at times there may be an unusual delay in delivery by Australia Post, which we have no control of.

New Zealand & International orders only have full tracking when selected at Checkout.  Very limited parcel location information is included with the base level shipping option.

All orders purchased through the website and shipped within Australia when the value is $99 or less than shipping is $9.95 with a tracked service.  When valued is over $99 free standard shipping is included.  Majority of orders are sent with Australia Post, tracking details are sent by Australia Post or the selected courier company on the day of dispatch.  Please check your spam/junk mail if you don’t receive the details.  Or contact us if you need any help with tracking your parcel.  The sooner you notify us of a problem the better the chance we have to track down your parcel.
If tracking is added on to an order that automatically includes tracking, we will insure your parcel so if by the off chance your parcel goes missing, the cost of the replacement is covered.

Any products purchased in store do not include shipping.  If you would like to purchase an in store product and need it sent away, we’re happy to send it for you and we can provide a shipping quote based on the weight of the order and the shipping destination.

International Shipping

The shopping cart will calculate shipping costs for your specific order size and Country and will show all of the different options available to you.  Just add the items you would like to the shopping cart and calculate shipping based on the country you would like it delivered to.

What information do we collect?

  • We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.
  • When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
  • We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes.

How do we use your information?

We may use the information we collect from you when you register, purchase products, enter a contest or promotion, respond to a survey or marketing communication, use the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

Where do we store personal information?

We use WooCommerce as a platform for our online store and our newsletter is powered by Mailchimp. We use OneSaas to sync order information from WooCommerce and Quickbooks.  This information is used to collate sales data and report business income to the relevant authorities.   Your payments to our online store go through Paypal, Stripe or Afterpay.  We use only trusted partners that also are committed to GDPR in their own practices. How do we protect personal information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted to be only accessed as stated above.


Do we use “cookies”?

Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site’s or service provider’s systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.

For instance, we use cookies to identify you when you log in and help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart. These technical cookies are vital for the proper function of our online store and they cannot be switched off. These cookies will remain in your browser for one (1) month, unless you remove them from your browser settings. Whenever you visit our site again these cookies will activate.

However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?

If you want to see all information in our database about you, to check and possibly correct it in any way, please contact us.

To delete all of your information from our database, please contact us at [email protected]. If in some cases we cannot delete all data due to record keeping for authorities, we will let you know.

How long do we store your information?

We store your information only for as long as it is necessary for performing the task why the information is collected, longer when it is needed for lawful obligations such as record keeping or performing the responsibilities in consumer sales and to display the proper execution of such responsibilities.
