Our cloth training pants are an essential item when starting potty training. These absorbent training pants allow toddlers to feel wetness but prevent leakage onto clothes, minimizing any embarrassing accidents. They’re great to help protect carpets, car seats and furniture in the early days of toilet training.
A perfect first step from nappies into proper pants. With an elastic waist, they can be pulled up and down like regular underwear. These pants have adjustable waist and hip snaps plus adjustable rise snaps. These pants will adjust to suit approx. weight of 12kg – 18kg or a waist of 36cm – 55cm.
The pull up style design helps to promote independence with toddlers. They can practice pulling pants up and down when ready to use the toilet.
Suitable for nights as these cloth training pants feature a pocket so they can be boosted with a nappy insert for extra absorbency. A Bamboo insert would suit best, as they are more absorbent and softer to fit into the smaller crotch.
If you’re worried about cleaning poo off nappies than you may want to use Bamboo Flushable liners. These are placed on top of the pants to catch the solid wastes. When dirty the liner along with any poo can be flushed away or placed in the bin (without the poo).
The outer layer is waterproof PUL which is soft and breathable. It keeps moisture in, but also allows babies skin to breath to help reduce nappy rash.
