NDIS Payments

NDIS participants can purchase consumables direct from us in a few simple steps.  You will just need to identify the way that your plan is managed, at the moment we can supply NDIS participants who are Self Managed or Plan Managed.  If you are NDIA/Agency Managed we are currently not ready to help yet, but hope to have this available in the near future.  We have a wide range of products available that can suit many different needs, our main range of products that are approved for NDIS payments are the Incontinence Consumables including cloth nappies, swimmers, cloth pads and underwear.  If there is something you need that we don’t have available please let us know and we’ll do our best to find the best solution for you.  Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or need any help with an NDIS order.

Self Managed

Purchases you make are reimbursed to you through claims you make directly with the NDIS through the Participant Portal or manual claim form.  You can see more information about self managed NDIS participants here.

How to arrange an order

Shop for your desired products on our website and pay with your preferred payment method. Send us an email for an electronic copy of your invoice to be sent when your order has been dispatched.

We also include a printed copy of your invoice within your parcel.

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday).

Plan Managed

Purchases you make are managed and paid by a plan manager or support coordinator.  You let your plan manager know which products you would like and either you send them an invoice or they contact the supplier directly to arrange payment.

How to arrange an order

Add your desired products to the shopping cart and complete the shipping and billing information with your details, be sure to include your NDIS number with your details.

Select bank transfer for the payment method. We will then be able to send an email copy of the invoice for payment during business hours.

Once you checkout, your order will be held until payment has been received.  It takes approx 5-7 working days for most plan managers to arrange payments.  We will email you once your order has been dispatched or if there are any delays or questions.
