Terms  & Conditions

    • All care is taken to clearly display products, however any misprints, omissions or mistakes are unintentional. Please let us know if something isn’t described correctly and we can adjust our information.

Returns

 

  • Each order is quality checked prior to dispatch, however if you receive a faulty product, please notify us of any defective item/s within 7 days from the day you received it.
  • We do accept returns, including change of mind. We must be notified within 7 business days and the item must be returned in exactly the same condition as it arrived. We will exchange or fully refund the cost of the item/s (minus shipping costs) upon customer’s request.
  • We believe in the quality of our products, if you have a problem with any of products please contact us at any stage of use and we can discuss the options.  In general we will repair or replace items if there is an issue in the first 6 months.  After 6 months the best solution will depend on the product and the problem.

Please note shipping and handling fees are not refundable and return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.

    • All items returned must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Except for any faulty product returns.

 

Shipping

All of our products will be sent from Australia. We will usually post the item(s) within 1-2 business day of receiving cleared payment.

Included shipping is via Regular Mail within Australia, it will take approx 3- 9 business days to arrive to most areas. However, please keep in mind that at times there may be an unusual delay in delivery by Australia Post, which we have no control of.

Please note: for an additional $3.95 small orders can be sent with tracking.   Generally orders of 3 or more nappies with inserts, Bamboo Nappy Liners and orders over $50 automatically include tracking at no extra cost.  If you select this option at checkout when it would normally be included, we’ll include insurance on your order instead.

Please feel free to contact us if you would like to check if your order will be sent with tracking automatically, or if it’s something that needs to be added.

If tracking is not requested and paid for, then we will not be held responsible if item/s go missing once posted.  But we’ll do our best to help you find your order with Australia Post or Courier Service.

International Shipping

The shopping cart will calculate shipping costs for your specific order size and Country and will show all of the different options available to you.  Just add the items you would like to the shopping cart and calculate shipping based on the country you would like it delivered to.

Please note.  We are not responsible for any customs or duties charges that may apply when your order arrives.  Please check with your local government if taxes or duties might apply to your order BEFORE ordering from us.
