  • All care is taken to clearly display products, however any misprints, omissions or mistakes are unintentional. Please let us know if something isn’t described correctly and we can adjust our information.
  • If an item is incorrectly priced, discounted or described we may cancel the original purchase or amend the total before finalising an order.
  • Price changes may occur at our own discretion and will be reflected online. Little Aussie Monster remains committed to offering fair, competitively priced products.
  • Screen resolution and calibrations can alter the colours of products.  We do our best to show products in their true colours, but some may look slightly different when received in person.

This privacy policy has been clarified in the accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that is applied after 25th of May 2018. What information do we collect?

  • We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.

  • We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes.

How do we use your information?

We may use the information we collect from you when you register, purchase products, enter a contest or promotion, respond to a survey or marketing communication, use the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

Where do we store personal information?

We use WooCommerce as a platform for our online store and our newsletter is powered by Mailchimp. We use OneSaas to sync order information from WooCommerce and Quickbooks.  This information is used to collate sales data and report business income to the relevant authorities.   Your payments to our online store go through Paypal, Stripe or Afterpay.  We use only trusted partners that also are committed to GDPR in their own practices. How do we protect personal information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted to be only accessed as stated above.

Do we use “cookies”?

Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site’s or service provider’s systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.

For instance, we use cookies to identify you when you log in and help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart. These technical cookies are vital for the proper function of our online store and they cannot be switched off. These cookies will remain in your browser for one (1) month, unless you remove them from your browser settings. Whenever you visit our site again these cookies will activate.

However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?

If you want to see all information in our database about you, to check and possibly correct it in any way, please contact us.

To delete all of your information from our database, please contact us at [email protected]. If in some cases we cannot delete all data due to record keeping for authorities, we will let you know.

How long do we store your information?

We store your information only for as long as it is necessary for performing the task why the information is collected, longer when it is needed for lawful obligations such as record keeping or performing the responsibilities in consumer sales and to display the proper execution of such responsibilities.
